So i get ths Phone call from t-moble asking where there monney is for the cansleation on one of the computer calls asking me to pay them the monny for the cansleation fee The one the said thed exstend the pay time for to reviw my situation then they saed if i had any questions press one and theyd put me on the lie with a real person to talk to so i pressed one and they put me on hole for allmost 10 min. then they hung up on me.
Well i got the bill for my phone useage and what a suprise it was with the canselation fee now remember how the said no news is good news well aperently it good news for them becuse it leaves them hassle free untell they send me my bill so we calledf them to ask them about it and aperntly the have managed to lose the fax we sent them about the contract and lies theve have tolled me and forget all about it. well talking to them on the phone they tolled me that i will still need to pay the useage fees but they can whate and see if they cant figuer out the cansleation fee thing but we need to re fax the paper work so i guess we will just have to see what happens
